This software (the coaptivecore.com host application and the code44/coaptive-cms package, including source, templates, and documentation) is proprietary. You may use it only under a separate written agreement with Code 44 LLC.
You may not redistribute, sublicense, or offer this software (or a substantial portion of Coaptive CMS) as a competing standalone CMS product without prior written consent.
Third-party components (Laravel, TipTap, Tailwind, Symfony YAML, etc.) remain under their own licenses.

Coaptive CMS / Coaptive Core is a proprietary product of Code 44 LLC / Michael Garcia, licensed under the proprietary license.
Coaptive CMS is built on top of open-source frameworks and libraries. Those Third-Party Components remain under their own licenses. This notice is a convenience summary of major direct dependencies; it is not a substitute for the full license texts distributed with each package (typically under vendor/*/LICENSE* and node_modules/*/LICENSE*).
