Libraries

Components are shipped lists with fixed fields (blueprints we write — you do not). They are not generic collections. Pages stay pages.

Turn each component on under Identity → Site Settings → Components. Off components are hidden from the Components & Extras sidebar (not greyed out). Header placement is under Content → Navigation → Indexes and catalogs. Coaptive CMS defaults these on; Coaptive GME defaults them off until Institution Site Settings turns them on globally. On Coaptive CMS, optional Profile recommends Components and Extras (Update Profile OR-enables them without turning others off).

On each component’s Control Panel page, Public page sets Visible on public site, the visitor title, URL slug, and whether it is members-only. Control Panel URLs stay the catalog handle (/cp/libraries/team). Header link labels stay under Navigation → Indexes. Default public paths are listed below; a custom slug 301s the old path unless a page occupies it. Guests hitting a members-only index are sent to sign in; those indexes are hidden from guest navigation and the sitemap. Testimonials have no public index — members-only only hides library-sourced quotes from guests. Knowledge base pages already have their own title, slug, and access.

Catalog

  • News / Blog — title, slug, date, excerpt, image, body. Default /news, /news/{slug}, RSS /news.xml. Page Builder News list section shows the latest N posts.

  • Knowledge Base / FAQ — Site Settings toggle in Components (not a JSON library). Hub + nested articles with two-column chrome when on.

  • Locations & Hours — name, address, phone, fax, optional nested Hours (weekday hours, notes, after-hours), parking, map coordinates, photo. Default /locations and /locations/{slug}. Map sections can pick published locations as pins.

  • Teams / Groups / Individuals — one library with a type on each item. Individuals are bios; groups list individuals; teams list individuals and/or groups. Default /team and /team/{slug}. Rename the public page (for example “Find a Provider or Group” at /find-a-provider). Do not use slug teams. Embed on any page with the Page Builder Teams / Groups / Individuals section — membership is resolved when the page renders. Not GME memberships or clinical /teams.

  • Testimonials — quote, name, role, avatar. No public index. The Testimonials Page Builder section can use inline quotes or from library.

  • Reviews — stars (1–5), title, comment. Default /reviews (index only; no detail pages). Page Builder Reviews list.

  • Services — name, short description, related locations, details. Default /services and /services/{slug}. Page Builder Services list. CMS SKU only (hidden on GME Institution Site Settings).

Items are JSON files under content/sites/{site}/libraries/{handle}/{id}.json. Draft by default; only published items appear on the public site.

Extras

Standalone Coaptive CMS only (Identity → Site Settings → Extras). Not on Coaptive GME.

  • HIPAA-aware forms — off by default; see the Forms article.

  • Provider fields on Teams / Individuals — specialty, board certifications, languages, locations, accepting new patients, conditions. NPI is stored but off the public page unless the person opts in.

  • Procedures — Knowledge base–style chrome. Default /procedures and /procedures/{slug}. Page Builder Procedures list.

  • Insurance accepted — name + optional notes. Default /insurance; plans under Components & Extras → Insurance accepted.

  • Practice Areas — default /practice-areas and detail pages.

  • Attorneys — default /attorneys and detail pages.

  • Before & After — locked Assets folders for before/after photos.

GME

On Coaptive GME, Institution Site Settings (marketing site.json) owns Components for every program. Content still lives per site. Public title, slug, and members-only are set once and apply to marketing and every program. Default program URLs are /app/{slug}/news, /app/{slug}/team, /app/{slug}/locations, /app/{slug}/reviews — never /app/{slug}/teams (that is clinical teams). Services and Extras stay on the standalone CMS SKU.

Library index SEO

Each public catalog index has its own URL but is not a page file. Set meta title and description under Identity → SEO → Library indexes (seo-libraries.json). Custom slugs 301 from defaults; members-only indexes are omitted from guest nav and the sitemap.
